Shipping guidelines
Shipping / handling is included in the sales price.
As of today, Kari Veastad mainly uses Norway Post and other shipping companies may occur. Private collection can be arranged for faster delivery.
Delivery time may vary for each product. All images are securely packaged before being sent. Everything is sent with tracking, and we will send you the tracking number as soon as the package is sent.
Delivery time
Orders are normally sent to the customer between 5 – 30 days from the order is placed. The seller is not responsible for delays with shipping companies. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. This will in periods, such as. in the run-up to Christmas, Easter, holidays etc. vary somewhat more.
Agreement
The agreement is binding on both parties when the buyer has sent his order to the seller. However, the agreement is not binding if there have been typing or typing errors in the offer from the seller in the ordering solution in the online store or in the buyer’s order, and the other party realized or should have realized that such an error existed.
Sales price
The selling price is set in USD and calculated at EUR and NOK at a set price. Seller has the right to adjust price and price on the website applies at any time.
Payments
The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer. If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card when paying, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged on the same day as the item is sent. Items ordered in the online solution are paid by credit card.
Other payment methods such as VIPPS or to a bank account are made by sending a request in the contact form on the website and I will contact you as soon as possible with information about bank account or VIPPS. After I have received the confirmation of your payment from my bank, I will prepare the artworks for shipment and inform you of the shipment date.
Return & exchange
If you regret a purchase, you must contact me by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days of receiving the item. As a customer, you are responsible for return costs and for the product arriving in undamaged condition. The product must not have been used. I will refund the purchase amount for the item as soon as I receive the returned product from you and this is in unused and good condition.
Defects or damage to the product upon delivery
Should you be so unlucky to receive a damaged product, you must take a picture of the damage and contact me by email immediately. My wish is that you will have great joy and enrichment of art.
